LIME TIMER — PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 15, 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

Lime Timer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Nothing leaves your Mac.

WHAT THE APP STORES

Only your preferences — opacity, blur, sound, shake, launch-at-login, and the panel's position on screen. They are saved locally on your Mac using macOS's standard preferences system and are never sent anywhere. Your timers exist only while the app is running.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no network connections. Lime Timer contains no third-party SDKs, so no third party receives any data from it.

KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

Lime Timer registers only its own global shortcuts (⌃⌥ plus a key). It does not monitor or record any other keystrokes, and it does not require Accessibility or Screen Recording permission.

DELETING YOUR DATA

To remove everything Lime Timer has saved, quit it, delete the app, and delete the folder ~/Library/Containers/com.charlo.limetimer.
